I use the tag for my son who is non verbal and autistic. It is a great tool to keep him safe. It is a fantastic product and I will use it for z very long time.
Brilliant and handy items! I am a send parent and my child recently got separated from me while shopping and it caused so much worry for us both so I looked for suitable items to help him be able to communicate my details if he got lost ever again. He's also off on holiday with his father soon so I got for them to keep him safe while away. The items arrived really quickly, and after an error on my part I needed to speak to customer services. Becky was so helpful and kind and I received the next parcel very quick too. Really easy to set up, the bands are comfortable and light to wear, and the tags are super light and small and could easily be clipped onto a waistband tag or their bag or shoe. Very happy with my purchase.

Ordered two non verbal tags to give me a little peace of mind when out and about in busy places with my non verbal daughter. These are super easy to set up and use. Big enough to see but not too intrusive. Highly recommend. Fellside mum.
Amazing purchase to keep my children safe. My children wont wear wristbands so the key chains were usefull to us. I think stickers for the back of t shirts or coats would be really useful too.

I ordered this after seeing it on a facebook page for parents & carers of Type 1 diabetics. Another mum was sharing her experience of the product and I thought it sounded great. I went straight to the business page and read about it. Before ordering I had a couple of questions so I emailed them. The business owner responded quickly and was really lovely. Feeling reassured that it was suitable for us, I ordered a tag. It arrived quickly and was so easy to set up. I feel it’s such a great item for so many situations and is fairly priced. For me, it offers a little extra piece of mind for when my Type 1 diabetic son isn’t with me, should he need any medical assistance. My daughter, who is 19, also commented that it’s good for diabetics going to festivals & on nights out as medical emergencies for Type 1’s, can look like they are drunk etc. I highly recommend this product 😊

Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for your band or tag. There are no monthly fees, and updating your details is always free.
Do the bands or tags need charging?
No. There are no batteries and nothing to charge. QR bands use a printed code and NFC tags use passive NFC technology.
Are they waterproof?
Yes. All Safe & Snappy® products are designed for swimming, bathing, rain and everyday wear.
What sizes are there?
Wristbands come in Small (approx. ages 2 to 8) and Standard (approx. ages 8 to adult). We also make clip-on tags for zips, coats, belt loops, lanyards, rucksacks, bags, keys and more.
Which phones work?
QR bands can be scanned with a compatible smartphone camera. NFC tags need an NFC-enabled smartphone, which most modern phones have. Nobody needs to download an app.
Is it a GPS tracker?
No. There's no GPS, battery or transmitter, so nobody can be tracked. When someone scans, they can choose to share their location, and you'll get an email with a map.
